Continental To Fight 'Absurd' Verdict Over Fatal Crash

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 6:10 PM EST) -- Continental Airlines Inc. said Monday that it would appeal a French jury's "absurd finding" that the company and one of its mechanics were guilty of manslaughter in the July 2000 Air France Concorde crash that killed 113 people.
