Ark. Court Backs Class Cert. For Insurance Customers

Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 5:27 PM EST) -- The Arkansas Supreme Court has upheld the class certification of residents of Arkansas, California, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas who were allegedly the victims of a fraudulent scheme to sell United American Insurance Co. health benefits policies bundled with a medical discount program.
