Law360, New York (December 06, 2010, 7:17 PM ET) -- Despite objections arguing that the deal sells out the class, a state court in Missouri has approved a settlement in a class action involving 130,000 former Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co. vehicles that were sold without side-curtain airbags.
Though objectors complain that the deal won class members “worthless coupons” while awarding their lawyer $1.3 million, the plaintiffs' attorney, Anthony J.
