Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 12:29 PM ET) -- At the time of writing — early December — the 2008 Settlement Notice[1] has been operational for a year and a half, it has produced its first two precedents and a statement by European Commissioner Joaquin Almunia that he will expect settlement to be attempted in every cartel case possible, and there are sufficient indicators that, indeed, the settlement pipeline is humming.
