FirstLight Sues Insurers For Plant Shutdown Coverage

Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 1:49 PM EST) -- FirstLight Power Resources Inc. has hit two insurance companies with a suit seeking coverage for damages after some 200,000 cubic yards of silt entered its Northfield, Mass., power plant during the draining of an adjacent reservoir and caused a monthslong shutdown.
