Man Wants $10M From Disney In Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 1:59 PM EST) -- A Puerto Rican man is seeking more than $10 million from his former employer The Walt Disney Co. for allegedly failing to protect him from the unwanted advances of a female co-worker intent on being “more than friends."

While working for Disney, Javier Vallellanes suffered sexual discrimination and sexual harassment, according to an amended complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida by Peter John Porrata of the Law Offices of Peter John Porrata.
