Abbott, Others To Pay $421M Over Drug Price Hikes

Braun Medical Inc. have agreed to pay more than $421 million to settle False Claims Act allegations that they engaged in a scheme to artificially inflate prices for numerous pharmaceutical products, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday.
