4 More Charged In Alleged $14.5M Medicare Fraud

Law360, New York (December 8, 2010, 1:54 PM EST) -- Four more people have been arrested and charged with participating in a $14.5 million Medicare fraud scheme, bringing the number of individuals targeted to 21.

Four Detroit-area residents were arrested Tuesday, the same day a second superseding indictment was unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan accusing them of conspiracy to commit health care fraud.
