Samsung Fails To Nix Classes In SRAM Antitrust MDL

Ltd.'s attempt to decertify classes of direct and indirect buyers in a multidistrict litigation alleging price-fixing of certain memory chips, but granted summary judgment to the companies Wednesday on some claims brought by indirect purchasers.
