McAfee, Hynix, Others Face IP Assault

Law360, New York (December 09, 2010, 3:52 PM ET) -- McAfee Inc. and Hynix Semiconductor Inc. are among a slew of technology companies accused by Intellectual Ventures LLC of infringing patents for dynamic random access memory, antivirus software and programmable logic devices.

The companies, along with Altera Corp., Symantec Corp., Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. and others, were targeted in three separate suits lodged Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
