Ponzi Schemer Nadel Fights For Right To Appeal

Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 2:31 PM EST) -- Admitted Ponzi schemer and former hedge fund manager Arthur G. Nadel, who was slapped with a 14-year prison term in October, has filed a notice in federal court to preserve his opportunity to lodge an appeal.

Nadel filed a notice of appeal in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Dec. 3.
