Judge Won’t Cut Experts From Milk Antitrust MDL Case

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 3:00 PM EST) -- A federal magistrate judge presiding over the multidistrict litigation over an alleged antitrust conspiracy in the U.S. milk industry has shot down several bids by both the plaintiffs and defendants to eliminate experts from one of the MDL cases.
