Convergys Faces 'Off The Clock' Collective Action

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 5:55 PM EST) -- Convergys Corp. has been slapped with a putative collective action by two former customer service representatives who claim the customer service and support provider made employees work "off the clock" and failed to pay them the required premium rate for overtime hours.

Named plaintiffs and former Convergys employees Michael Cantrell and Michelle Palmer filed their complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia on Thursday, naming Convergys and Convergys Customer Management Group Inc. as defendants.
