Ryanair Loses Bid To See EU State Aid Probe Docs

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 1:49 PM EST) -- A European Union court on Friday rejected Ryanair Holdings PLC's appeal of its bid to gain access to files on the EU antitrust regulator's investigations into potential state aid the carrier received at eight regional airports.

The EU General Court ruled the airline had not proved that forcing the European Commission to turn over the materials on its probes wouldn't undermine the investigations.
