Judge Stays Apple, AT&T Suit Pending Concepcion

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 3:20 PM EST) -- A federal judge has stayed an antitrust suit accusing Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC of monopolizing the aftermarket for iPhone voice and data service until the U.S. Supreme Court weighs in on the legality of class action waivers in some consumer arbitration agreements.
