Ex-Canopy CEO Admits To Wire Fraud In $93M Scheme

Law360, New York (December 11, 2010, 6:38 PM EST) -- The co-founder and former CEO of defunct health care transaction software company Canopy Financial Inc. has admitted to his role in a fraud scheme that cheated investors of approximately $75 million and misappropriated more than $18 million from clients' health care savings accounts.
