Fed. Circ. Upholds Duties On Indian Lined Paper

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 5:19 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed the U.S. Court of International Trade's ruling upholding anti-dumping duties on lined paper imported from India from 2004 to 2005, likely ending a years-long dispute between a trade group of American paper producers and an Indian producer.
