Ex-Professor Can't Toss St. John's Drug Research Suit

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 5:59 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied a bid by a former professor at St. John's University in Queens, N.Y., and his star student to dismiss a fraud and breach of contract suit accusing them of secretly patenting research done at the university and collecting more than $100 million dollars in patent licensing fees.
