Securities Cases To Watch In 2011

Law360, New York (December 27, 2010, 11:56 AM EST) -- The securities bar will have its eyes trained on the U.S. Supreme Court in 2011 as the high court delves into the machinery of commercial litigation by ruling on questions of third-party liability, adverse event reporting and — potentially — loss causation.

“They are really down in the trenches in terms of real, fundamental pleading issues,” White & Case LLP partner Owen C. Pell said of the justices in the next term.
