Respirator Makers Dodge Worker's Asbestos Claims

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 1:48 PM ET) -- A Washington state appeals court has ruled that respirator manufacturers had no duty to warn a tool worker that he could be exposed to asbestos dust while cleaning their products at a Seattle shipyard.
