6th Circ. Won't Revive Memphis Police Captain Suit

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 2:20 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of an employment and breach of contract suit brought by 26 former Memphis, Tenn., police department captains that challenged the city's decision to unilaterally abolish the rank of tenure-based captain.
