Stanley Black & Decker Adds InfoLogix In $61M Deal

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 4:30 PM EST) -- Stanley Black & Decker Inc. has acquired health care information technology maker InfoLogix Inc. in an all-cash deal valued at $61.2 million.

The New Britain, Conn.-based tool and electronics giant announced Wednesday that it would pay $4.75 for each share of InfoLogix under the deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2011. Stanley Black & Decker said the total sale price includes the assumption of approximately $22.1 million of InfoLogix's debt.
