PepperBall, Exec Beat $4.8M Securities Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 7:42 PM EST) -- PepperBall Technologies Inc. and Gregory Pusey, whose struggling company was acquired by PepperBall, have won dismissal of a $4.8 million securities fraud lawsuit after a six-week trial in California state court.
