More Northwest Investors Cough Up Information

Law360, New York (March 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Choosing to follow suit, a second group of investors has decided to back down and disclose their holdings in Northwest Airlines Corp. despite a pending appeal of the bankruptcy judge’s controversial order.

On Wednesday, ten investors, known as the ad hoc committee of certain claims holders, revealed that they currently own about $950 million in claims against the bankrupt carrier.
