Judge Nixes WaMu Shareholder's Bid To Unseal Docs

Law360, New York (December 17, 2010, 7:17 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge on Friday denied a Washington Mutual Inc. shareholder's bid to unseal documents pertaining to the court’s decision to appoint an examiner in the case, saying the move would threaten all privileged discussions between attorneys and their clients in the proceedings.
