Frank’s Bill Highlights Executive Pay Dispute

Law360, New York (March 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With Rep. Barney Frank’s “say and pay” bill heading to the full House for a vote, the fight over executive compensation is once again heating up.

On Wednesday, the House Financial Services Committee passed the legislation, officially known as the Shareholder Vote on Executive Compensation Act, which, if it becomes law, would give shareholders of public companies a vote on executive compensation packages.
