Automakers Take Fight Over E15 Approval To DC Circ.

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 6:55 PM EST) -- U.S. automakers and engine manufacturers have appealed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's decision to approve E15 — a gasoline blend with 15 percent ethanol — for certain cars, claiming the agency prematurely cleared the way for the alternative fuel without properly studying its effects.
