EU Railways Seek Damages From Alleged Carbon Cartel

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 3:21 PM EST) -- A coalition of European rail operators has launched legal proceedings in the U.K. against the Morgan Crucible Co. PLC, Schunk GmbH & Co. KG, SGL Carbon AG and others, seeking damages connected to an alleged 11-year carbon and graphite products price-fixing cartel.
