Tech Exec Gets 15 Years For $33M Best Buy Fraud

Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 4:54 PM EST) -- A federal judge has sentenced a former computer parts company executive to 15 years in prison and a former Best Buy Co. Inc. employee to 7 1/2 years behind bars for their alleged roles in a scheme that defrauded the electronics retailer out of approximately $32.8 million.
