Gulf Spill Attys Want Changes To BP Fund Release Form

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 5:33 PM EST) -- Lead plaintiffs' attorneys in the Deepwater Horizon multidistrict litigation have asked a judge to order certain changes to the release form victims must sign in order to collect final payments from the $20 billion BP PLC spill fund.

As it stands now, the release form would stop victims of the Deepwater Horizon spill from suing any company connected to the disaster.
