Ex-Atty Asks 6th Circ. To Revive $5M Malpractice Policy

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 4:55 PM EST) -- Disbarred lawyer Melbourne Mills Jr. has warned a federal appeals court that allowing a ruling that let Continental Casualty Co. rescind a $5 million professional liability policy issued to Mills' now-defunct firm would deprive claimants who sued Mills for malpractice stemming from a fen-phen class action.
