Law360, New York (January 5, 2011, 3:48 PM EST) -- Over the past several years, thousands of homeowners have sued developers, contractors, manufacturers and suppliers, alleging that the Chinese-manufactured drywall installed in their homes is defective because it emits harmful gasses that can corrode metal and cause a variety of health problems (and smells like rotten eggs).
