Dell Delays 10-K As Auditors Find Signs Of Misconduct

Law360, New York (March 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Evidence of misconduct uncovered by auditors investigating Dell Inc.’s accounts has forced the computer maker to delay filing its financials with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Dell announced Thursday that the board of director’s audit committee had identified “a number of accounting errors, evidence of misconduct and deficiencies in the financial control environment.”
