Godiva Strikes $1M Deal In Calif. Overtime Action

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 1:41 PM EST) -- A federal judge has preliminarily signed off on Godiva Chocolatier Inc.'s offer to pay up to $1 million to resolve a class action brought by California store managers who claim they were denied meal breaks and not properly compensated for overtime.
