US Moves To Let Shell, Others Resume Drilling

Law360, New York (January 03, 2011, 9:40 PM ET) -- The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement on Monday announced it had moved to allow Shell Offshore Inc. and 12 other oil and gas firms to resume deepwater drilling activities in the Gulf of Mexico without having to wait for certain environmental reviews.
