Law360, New York (January 04, 2011, 2:30 PM ET) -- Gannett Co. Inc.'s USA Today newspaper has acquired Reviewed.com, a Boston-based network of technology product review websites.
In a joint announcement Tuesday, McLean, Va.-based USA Today and Reviewed.com said that terms of the deal would not be disclosed. The companies added that Reviewed executives will continue in their current roles and the company will remain in Boston.
Reviewed.com operates 12 websites, each of which reviews products like digital cameras, camcorders and high-definition televisions. According to the statement, the company conducts standardized, scientific reviews in dedicated laboratories....
