Law360, New York (January 04, 2011, 7:21 PM ET) -- Philips Electronics North America Corp. has agreed to settle multidistrict litigation accusing the company and other baby bottle manufacturers of selling products with bisphenol-A despite health concerns over the chemical.
The plaintiffs filed their proposed settlement, which provides for economic compensation for potentially millions of class members, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri on Monday.
