Law360, New York (January 05, 2011, 12:43 PM ET) -- Matthew and Lance La Madrid have pled guilty to operating a $30 million hedge fund fraud through their investment company Plus Money Inc.
On Monday, the brothers copped to several counts of conspiracy and mail fraud in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, ending their year-and-a-half long denial of the charges.
