Law360, New York (January 05, 2011, 3:13 PM ET) -- Montana's highest court has upheld a $2.6 million judgment against Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. in a lawsuit brought by a woman who alleged she developed a painful jaw condition after taking the company's Zometa drug.
The Supreme Court of the State of Montana rejected Novartis' request for a new trial on Dec. 30. The plaintiff, Peggy L.
