Law360, New York (January 6, 2011, 1:54 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit has denied Pipefitters Local 636 Insurance Fund’s bid for reconsideration of a decision letting Michigan’s insurance commissioner back Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan’s challenge to class certification in an Employee Retirement Income Security Act suit.

In an order entered Wednesday the U.S. Court of Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit denied the plaintiff-appellee’s motion for reconsideration, which had argued that Kenneth M.
