Kan. Gas Wells Shut Down Over Condemnation Suit

Law360, New York (January 6, 2011, 7:42 PM EST) -- A federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction ordering the shutdown of several south-central Kansas gas wells while litigation to seize the property on which they operate proceeds.
