Law360, New York (January 07, 2011, 5:24 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied a protest by Tetra Tech Tesoro Inc. over the rejection of its bid for a U.S. Navy construction contract, ruling that Tetra Tech failed to provide all the necessary documents in its proposal.
In a Dec. 14 decision made public Thursday, GAO Acting General Counsel Lynn H. Gibson ruled that the Navy was justified in denying Tetra Tech's proposal because it did not include a subcontracting plan.
