Kraft Sued Over Changes To Retiree Health Plans

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 1:45 PM EST) -- A group of retirees from Kraft Foods Global Inc.'s Oscar Mayer Foods division has filed a proposed class action claiming the company reduced health insurance benefits in violation of a collective bargaining agreement.

Four men retired from Kraft's meatpacking plant in Madison, Wis., joined the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 538 to file the suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
