Farm Group Sues EPA Over Chesapeake Pollution Diet

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 7:15 PM EST) -- The American Farm Bureau Federation is suing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over new water pollution standards for the Chesapeake Bay, which the agricultural group says violate the Clean Water Act by usurping authority from the states.
