Ohio To Join 20 States Challenging Health Care Law

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 6:15 PM EST) -- Ohio's newly elected attorney general said Monday that he wants the Buckeye State to join 20 others mounting a legal challenge to the federal health care overhaul passed in 2010.

In a letter dated Monday, Mike DeWine told Florida Attorney General Pamela Jo Bondi to amend the complaint to add Ohio as a plaintiff in the case, which is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
