Jury Inches Closer To Verdict For 2 Ex-Delphi Execs

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 3:10 PM EST) -- A federal jury reached some verdicts Wednesday in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's case against two former Delphi Corp. executives on trial for alleged accounting fraud involving a $237 million payment to former parent General Motors Co.
