Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 8:17 PM ET) -- Former Bank One Corp. executive John Ohle asked a federal judge Wednesday to let him remain free on bond after his sentencing because he is appealing his convictions on tax evasion and conspiracy to commit bank fraud charges.
