Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 9:24 PM ET) -- Bayer CropScience AG has agreed to pay $873,000 to four Mississippi rice farmers to resolve claims that the company’s genetically modified rice contaminated their crops, part of the sprawling multidistrict litigation over the issue.
