Ex-BDO Chief Says Feds Sabotaged Tax Fraud Defense

Law360, New York (January 14, 2011, 4:32 PM EST) -- Former BDO Seidman LLP CEO Denis Field, who is accused of carrying out a fraudulent tax shelter scheme, has asked a judge to toss charges against him because prosecutors' actions have allegedly interfered with his right to retain defense counsel.
