Verizon False Marking Suit Remains In Texas

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 6:07 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected an attempt by Verizon Wireless to sever a false patent marking case brought by Americans for Fair Patent Use LLC and transfer the claims against it from Texas to New Jersey.

In an opinion issued Wednesday, Judge T.
